WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET FREE SHIPPING?

At Pink Salt Wall, it is calculated at checkout if free shipping is available with the product. We are providing free shipping on salt adhesives, salt lamps, and some packs of tiles & bricks.  

WHEN DO ORDERS SHIP?

All orders are usually shipped in 3 to 5 business days. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) There is additional shipping time is required during the holiday season. 

These factors are also considerable with mechanical breakdowns, and severe weather.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Generally, after the process of packaging our products are shipped from San Jose, California within 3 to 5 business days. The approximate time as mentioned by UPS,  Ground Service, USPS, and Roadrunner is 3 to 5 business days. Shipping time duration starts as the package leaves the Pink Salt Wall warehouse. 

Outside the Pink Salt Wall warehouse, it varies, transit times, and shipping methods. These factors are also considerable while mechanical breakdowns and severe weather.

WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We rely on UPS Ground Service, USPS, and Roadrunner for deliveries from the Pink Salt Wall warehouse.

CAN I ARRANGE MY SHIPPING?

Yes, you can arrange your shipping our staff will make sure the products are readily packed in the requested format. 

HOW ARE LARGE ORDERS SHIPPED?

Large orders are shipped via trucking LCL. 

WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

As your order is shipped we email you tracking information. In addition, you can download our app Pink Salt Wall, to monitor live tracking. 

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping is available on salt adhesives, salt lamps, and some packs of tiles and bricks. If there are wholesale discounts are applied the service of free shipping is unavailable.

HOW CAN I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You can get your tracking information through email. This information is included in the shipment confirmation email.

If due to some technical issues, you do not get this email, you can also check your tracking information through our Pink Salt Wall mobile app. In “My Orders” section you just need to put the same email you have provided placing the order.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE/UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Time is precious! Please contact us as soon as possible at (877) 918-1200 for assistance, with order information. 

Depending upon the stage of the shipping process, there might be some extra charge. 

We will inform you accordingly. We can also attempt to make changes, but there will be the need for extra charges.

HOW ARE SHIPPING CHARGES CALCULATED?

The calculation of shipping charges depends on the net weight of your order, the final delivery destination zip code, and the shipping method you select.

HOW ABOUT SHIPPING TO CANADA?

Shipping to Canada is available. We ship worldwide. Shipping charges will be applied accordingly.
