Pink Salt Wall Affiliate Program Operating Agreement & Commission Schedule

This Affiliate Program Operating Agreement (“Operating Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the Pink Salt Wall Affiliate Program (the “Program”), including the Commission Schedule.

“We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Pink Salt Wall, LLC, operating the website https://www.pinksaltwall.com.
 “You” or “your” refers to the applicant participating in the Program.

By signing up for or continuing participation in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Operating Agreement and the Commission Schedule.

 

 

1. Description of the Program

The purpose of this Program is to allow affiliates to promote Pink Salt Wall products and earn commissions on valid sales made through their unique referral links.

We will provide affiliates with marketing tools such as links, banners, and other creatives (“Content”). Affiliates may place these on their website, social media, or other approved channels to generate referrals.

 

 

2. Enrollment

To join, you must complete a full and accurate affiliate application. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.

Applications may be rejected if your site, content, or activities:

  • Promote sexually explicit content, violence, or hate speech.

  • Involve illegal or fraudulent activity.

  • Infringe intellectual property rights.

  • Misuse Pink Salt Wall’s name, trademarks, or branding.

You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment details up to date.

 

 

3. Affiliate Links

Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link. Sales will only be credited if customers purchase through your referral link.

Improperly formatted or altered links may not be tracked, and we are not responsible for missed commissions in such cases.

 

 

4. Commission Structure (Schedule)

Affiliates earn commissions based on total qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links.

Monthly Sales Achieved → Commission Rate

  • Up to $1,000 → 5%

  • $1,001 – $5,000 → 7%

  • $5,001 – $10,000 → 10%

Notes:

  • Commission applies to the net order value only (excluding shipping, handling, taxes, gift-wrapping, and service fees).

  • Only sales tracked through your referral link are eligible.

 

 

5. Commission Payments

  • Payments are made monthly via PayPal, typically within the first 5–10 business days of the following month.

  • Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are not eligible for commissions.

  • Pink Salt Wall may set a minimum payout threshold (e.g., $50). Balances below the threshold will roll over to the next payment cycle.

  • We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent or suspicious activity.

 

 

6. Limitations

You will not earn commissions on the following:

  • Orders placed without using your referral link.

  • Returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders.

  • Any sales generated through false, misleading, or prohibited marketing practices (including spam, fake discounts, or misuse of Pink Salt Wall’s brand name).

 

 

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use false, misleading, or deceptive marketing.

  • Offer unauthorized coupons, rebates, or incentives.

  • Engage in spam, fake traffic, or cookie stuffing.

  • Bid on Pink Salt Wall branded keywords in paid ads.

  • Purchase products using your own referral link.

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

 

 

8. Special Offers and Promotions

From time to time, Pink Salt Wall may:

  • Increase or decrease commission rates for certain products.

  • Exclude certain product categories from earning commissions.

  • Offer special bonuses or promotions for affiliates.

Such changes will be communicated via email or by updating this page.

 

 

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (including email).

Upon termination:

  • You must stop using our Content and referral links.

  • Any unpaid but valid commissions will be processed unless earned through prohibited activity.

 

 

10. Responsibility for Your Site/Channels

You are responsible for the content, operation, and compliance of your website, social media accounts, or marketing channels. You must:

  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (FTC requirement).

  • Ensure your content does not infringe any laws or third-party rights.

  • Maintain a privacy policy on your website if collecting visitor data.

We assume no liability for your site or activities.

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Salt Wall’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials only as provided through the Program. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

 

12. Relationship of Parties

This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. You are an independent contractor. You cannot make statements or commitments on behalf of Pink Salt Wall.

 

 

13. Product Pricing, Availability, and Program Changes

Pink Salt Wall reserves the right to:

  • Change product prices, promotions, or discounts at any time, without prior notice.

  • Add, remove, or discontinue products from its catalog at any time.

  • Temporarily or permanently run out of inventory; Pink Salt Wall is not responsible for lost commissions due to product unavailability.

  • Modify, update, or change program details, terms, or policies whenever necessary.

Affiliates acknowledge and agree that such changes may occur and do not create liability for Pink Salt Wall.

 

 

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits). Our maximum liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months before the claim.

 

 

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maryland, USA.

 

 

16. Modifications

We may update this Operating Agreement or Commission Schedule at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or emailed to affiliates. Continued participation after changes means you accept the new terms.
